Financial Reporting and Analysis Manager

A pivotal role within a notable, listed corporate. You will be central to a wide range of changes and developments as you drive your function to provide reasoned and meaningful insight.

The role is not about the production of reports, it is more what you do with them: how you interpret and interrogate information; how you drive added value; how you provide the basis for commercial decisions to be made. Taking ownership of the P&L, Balance Sheet and cashflow forecasts, you will manage the interface between these three pillars and through your analysis provide a superior level of insight to your stakeholders. Strong business awareness, matched by similar strength of personality, will be essential attributes as you drive your team to follow your agenda and provide an expectant Executive Team the information they need to drive the business forward. Adaptability, confidence, excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve results that are not always obvious are further requirements.

Your responsibilities will touch upon internal and external reporting, group consolidation, forecasting, planning, decision support and finance transformation.

You will most likely be a practice trained (ACA /ACCA) Qualified Accountant who has worked within a large and complex environment. With a natural flair for investment appraisal, planning and forecasting, you will bring strong Excel skills, a thirst for knowledge and a natural curiosity to your role. An ability to cope with the shades of grey and find results when they are not always obvious or easy will be a driving force. South London based.
