Interim Head of FP&A

A significant private equity backed organisation requires an experienced and commercial FP&A leader who can help develop the FP&A function and contribute effectively towards decision making.

This is an initial 3 month assignment which could extend further and may lead to a permanent role as an option. The requirement is for an immediate start so candidates with notice periods are not preferred, though a week's notice could be considered. 

The role is to lead the FP&A function of the business, working with the CFO and the wider leadership team. Whilst improving FP&A process and design to help deliver more meaningful data is a key aspect of this role, what is critical is that the FP&A leader is a commercially astute professional who can help highlight and advise on business situations and provide the insight behind the management information to inform effective planning. Experience is key so commercial finance professionals who have led FP&A functions are preferred. 

This role is based in London but will entail some UK-wide travel. Expenses will be paid. Private equity experience is an advantage as is experience of working in multi-site, retail and / or business / support services organisations.
