A leading Travel business is looking to hire a Group Reporting Manager for their Central London Office for an initial 3-6 month contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and annual reporting responsibilities - production of consolidated reports
  • Coordination of the group-wide external audit, including preparing instructions, timetables, reporting packs and liaising with divisional finance teams
  • Preparing the annual tax returns for the Head Office companies
  • Tax planning and transfer pricing planning for the Group
  • Company Secretarial work – new company set-up, share and purchase agreements, legal agreements etc
  • Management of an Assistant Accountant
  • Own the internal control system process relating to the financial accounting aspects of the Head Office and the Group consolidation

About You:

  • ACA/CA qualified
  • Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge – you will be the point of contact for all IFRS queries
  • Experience in an accounting department is essential, with responsibility for the preparation of financial accounts and consolidation
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Experience of working in a multi-currency environment is beneficial
