Our client is a private equity backed education provider with ambitious growth plans. Reporting to the CFO key responsibilities will include –
- Ownership of budget, forecast and planning processes including overhauling the current models to create something simpler, more efficient, with the right KPIs
- Own and deliver robust monthly reporting on performance to the business, PE investors and the banking syndicate.
- Develop the right set of KPIs for and each division.
- Lead and coach the team of 3 business partners
- Be an advisor to the CFO – identify the issues and opportunities that the CFO needs to be focussed on.
- Develop a 5 year plan model for the CFO and start helping the CFO/business get ready for an exit.
- Be the business partner to a new division
You will be Qualified Accountant who is commercially astute and able to prepare presentations for a variety of stakeholders. You must have excellent Excel skills and have previous experience of owning budgets and forecasts. You must have the ability to work with senior management and external stakeholders.
