Accounts Manager, Bath, £32,000 - £40,000
A well established firm of accountants in Bath is looking to recruit an accounts manager into their busy yet friendly and relaxed office. This is a fabulous opportunity for an accountant who is experienced working in practice.
Your duties will include the following:
- Lead the planning and delivery of accounts assignments for a portfolio of clients and specialist assignments
- Lead team planning meetings
- Line manage, coach and motivate team members,
- Prepare technically complete and accurate sets of accounts
- Develop client relationships and identify new business opportunities
A professional qualification is not essential for this job, however the successful candidate will need to have a proven track record in the owner managed business in a practice environment.
