Group Financial Controller

MERJE are pleased to be partnering a leading FMCG organisation in the search for a Group Financial Controller.

Reporting to the CFO the role will take full responsibility for group reporting, tax, treasury and audit, additionally you will head up the shared service centre providing transactional support across the business. Whilst ensuring all reporting is completed in an accurate and timely manner, you will have extensive exposure at board level and take full responsibility for reviewing all procedures to create a   best in class performance.

Being a qualified accountant, ideally with experience gained in a big 4 firm, you will have strong technical knowledge in addition to demonstrable leadership experience from within a large company environment. Whilst multi-site manufacturing experience would be advantageous, it is vital that you can operate within a challenging environment identifying and implementing process improvement across the finance function.
