Our world leading FMCG client is looking for a group FP&A manager to joint their team on a 6 month contract, with the scope to stay for 12 months potentially. This business is currently involved in a merger with another world leading organisation so this would be a very exciting time to join the business. This role will be to get involve with merger projects to support the Head of group FP&A.
Day to day duties:
- take on an active role in all merger projects to support the head of FP&A
- Produce and coordinate the group budgeting and forecasting process and partner all divisional finance teams up to Exec level
- Manage investment committee procedures
- Provide analysis to be used in presentations to key stakeholders
- Engage strategic thinking, decision making and stakeholder management to deliver when called upon
The ideal candidate:
- Full qualified accountant (CA/ACA) and 2 years’ PQE minimum
- Experience across a range ge of accounting/financial disciplines
- Experience working in a complex organisational environment
- Demonstrable stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrable project management skills
- Flexible, responsive and solution driven
- Ability to prioritise tasks and provide transparency to stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
