Our Client is a PE backed high growth medical equipment business looking to appoint a Finance Director. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead the Finance function and elements of the operations and be a key member of the Executive team, driving the business growth.
Working closely with the CEO, and SMT, you will be involved in maximising commercial and financial opportunities. Taking responsibility for internal, external and statutory reporting, monthly management and board pack presentation, and delivering robust MI, you will also be great managing key external relationships and being an effective business partner internally. This role will have a strong commercial and operational bias, providing valuable analysis and insights supporting strategic and business development activities and identifying, modelling and reviewing business opportunities and risks making recommendations.
An engaging individual, you connect at all levels and across all disciplines, empower your team, and lead from the front. You must be able to be hands on, as this business is early stage, and be naturally proactive, inquisitive and collaborative. You should also be able to demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen and creative resourcefulness. We are looking for a professionally qualified accountant, educated to degree level, who has worked within a growth environment.
