Interim Finance Director

This very well known restaurant group are looking for an Interim Finance Director based in London for at least 6 months to oversee the their finance function. The want technically excellent, commercial and energetic Finance Director to join our Leadership Team. The Interim Finance Director will report directly to the Managing Director and be managing a team of 25 in finance, buying and IT and will be tasked to improve and develop the finance team for group companies including any associated companies in worldwide location.

Working together with the Managing Director you will manage and improve the business profitability and assist with growth and expansion of the Group within the UK and worldwide with a focus on sustainable cash flow growth.

You will develop tools and systems to provide critical financial and operational information to the MD and board and make actionable recommendations on strategy and operations

As a member of the leadership team you will participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives, operating model and operational execution.

You will cover FP&A, financial control, investor relations, as well as managing the finance function. You will also oversee buying and IT.

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in a senior finance role in a multi-site business.

The business has a number of new strands which is likely to see the business grow considerably over the next few years.
