Corporate Finance Associate

Venture Recruitment Partners is working with a Top 10 Accountancy Practice based in Southampton who are looking to expand their Corporate Finance function due to an increase in workload.

Working closely with the Corporate Finance Partner and Senior Management Team you will play a key role in the delivery of financial due diligence projects. You will work across a variety of sectors and be exposed to the acquisition, investment and fund stages of a deal. Working closely with Business Owners, relationship building will be key in this position.

The successful applicant will possess a recognised accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA). Previous Corporate Finance / Due Diligence experience is preferred. You will be technically and commercially focussed with a good working knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
