Management Accountant

Management Accountant - Media - Central London - 50-55k + Bonus

This innovative, leading media company based in Central London are looking for a new Management Accountant to drive their growth plans forward and add value to the business. The job also offers a clear progression structure.

As the Management Accountant you will be responsible for the monthly management accounts as well as playing a direct role in both the forecasting and budgeting cycles. This job is based in an exceptional office in the heart of the city of London.

As the management account you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with the preparation of month-end and yearly management accounts
• Analysing overheads to explain variances in budgets
• Producing cost centre budgets and re-forecasts
• Implementing and enforcing cost control management; highlight areas for concerns
• Developing and implementing processes that will improve the workings and efficiency of the finance department
• Assisting the Head of Finance with business analysis and other ad hoc duties as required

About you:

• Newly qualified (0-2 years PQE) CIMA/ACCA/ACA (please only apply if you meet this requirement).
• Ability to deal and communicate with non-finance professionals
• Ambitious with a desire to come in and make a difference to this technology organisation
• Proficient in Excel (Vlookups, Pivot Tables & Formulas)
