Portfolio Manager

They have a broad range of professionally qualified staff operating from offices in Sheffield, Chesterfield and Rotherham in a variety o financial sectors.

As a Manager within the firm, you will be responsible for the delivery of accounting, taxation and business advice to a varied portfolio of clients, whilst managing and supervising staff, workload and budgets.

The successful candidate will likely be a Chartered (ACA) or Certified (ACCA) Accountant with a background in accountancy practice, likely one or two years post qualification. You will need to be a motivated individual, looking to enhance your skills, progress your career and increase your earnings.

Given the broad range of this role, you will also need to possess excellent communication skills and your technical experience should cover accounts preparation for owner managed businesses, company and personal tax compliance and other general business advisory matters. In addition you will need to demonstrate skills in supervising other staff, expediting job progression and managing your own budgets and workload.
