Senior finance analyst

A sports and leisure business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified commercial finance candidate to join its finance function.

This role will work with key internal stakeholders across the organisation to provide rigorous commercial challenge and guidance to optimise the performance of our Business.

Key responsibilities include analysing and reporting on the financial performance of cost and profit centres, as well as driving improvements in reporting processes and quality and scope of management information. Main duties include:

• Support and challenge internal stakeholders
• Provide and present monthly management information to the Executive team and budget holders of designated areas
• Produce profitability analysis to support decision making, target setting and budgeting.
• Identify, innovate and implement improvements to management reporting
• Support identified area of the business with month end procedures, queries, spend analysis, internal processes and investment appraisal
• Actively collaborate and lead colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of business and operational plans
• Manage and motivate analysts within the team to develop and deliver
• Assist in ad hoc projects

You will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience business partnering non finance and some exposure to reporting. This is a great chance to join an iconic brand in the sporting world.
