FP&A Manager

Our client is keen to attract a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their Midlands team. As part of the UK senior management team, the appointment of a FP&A Manager is critical to delivering the Long Range Plan. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Support the creation and implementation of the business strategy
• Fostering a culture of excellence and process improvement
• Designing and implementing and new financial planning process for the UK
• Delivering high quality and insightful analysis to the Board, Investor Relations and Group leadership team
• Business partnering the wider senior operations and commercial teams
• Ownership of the budget and forecast process
• Recruiting and developing a talented team of managers and analysts to create a best-in-class service

Skills and experience:

• Ideally ACA or ACMA qualified (or equivalent), 2:1 from Red-Brick university
• Demonstrable track record of similarly commercial experience in either the Retail, Logistics or Distribution sectors
• First-class communication skills, capable of building relationships at all levels
• Strong reporting and analytical skills
• Exceptional leadership skills
