Commercial Manager

Frazer John Recruitment Finance Practice is exclusively recruiting for a leading UK logistics organisation in their search for a Commercial Manager to work at their Sheffield site with frequent travel to additional locations.

The Commercial Manager will need to be CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a strong academic background. The ability to travel between sites is essential as is the capability to build and develop a strong finance team. The ability to build strong relationships with senior management internally and externally and challenge were appropriate is absolutely crucial. Experience of liaising with clients directly would be beneficial as would any previous experience of working within Transport or 3PL. Key duties for the Commercial Manager role will include:-

• Budgeting and forecasting for the contract
• Business partnering with customers and reviewing and resolving any issues
• Profit and loss analysis for the contract
• Assist with the reviewing of bids
• Ensure all weekly and periodic reporting is accurate and on time
• Review and improve KPI analysis
• Management of finance teams
• Ad-hoc project work
• The salary for the Commercial Manager position is up to £63,000, car and additional benefits.
