Finance and Administration Officer

A growing international charity is looking for a passionate member to join their London based office. The charity prides itself working on the advancement of child care around the world in a sustainable way, working with country teams on developing long term solutions to structural issues.

Reporting to the Finance Manager, the main responsibilities of the role are:

*Working alongside the Finance Manager on budget processes and ensuring accurate monthly reports are successfully reviewed and submitted successfully;
*Overseeing income reconciliation using financial systems like Salesforce and Sage;
*Preparing accounting information for financial auditing partners;
*Prepare Giftaid information alongside legacy income;
*Direct point of contact with office providers;
*Liaising with senior members of staff located in remote areas as well as support staff based in the UK

This is an extremely flexible position, offering this person the ability to establish their independence and ultimately assist with moving the charity forward. This role is offering the chance to enhance value through management of own time; working between finance roles and overseeing the running of the office on a daily basis.

The successful candidate will be AAT qualified with experience and will have experience in a finance team with excellent reconciliation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Due to the independence of the role, this person must be fundamentally willing to assist all areas of the organisation when needed and contribute to a passionate and enthusiastic environment.
