I am recruiting a Support Care Officer for a rapidly developing international charity based in Central London. This humanitarian organisation aims to provide indisputable support for families and children around the world and are looking for someone to contribute to their vastly expanding team.
Reporting directly to the Support Care Manager, the key responsibilities include:
*Accurately recording and inputting income processes received from donations;
*Working with finance members to prepare files using finance systems such as Salesforce and Sage;
*Maintain effective communication between support function (general enquiries, contributing to marketing and sales campaigns, ensuring objectives are met through communication with supporters) and secretariat, expanding to wider external relationships;
*Provide a direct point of contact between all members across the organisation, ensuring all communication is efficient and relationships are well- established and maintained
The successful candidate will have strong administration and customer service experience and will be familiar with data input. The ability to communicate at all levels with a consultative style is essential. Working independently is key whilst being able to use initiative to ensure proficiency and accuracy in all tasks and projects. Previous experience working in charity or membership organisation would be advantageous but not essential.
