Interim Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell Finance are working with a large Property Development Group based in London to recruit an Interim Finance Business Partner. The role joins the organisation for a minimum period of 3-6 months during a period of rapid growth and has the potential to become permanent in the longer term.

The main responsibilities of the role are as follows:

*Carrying out cost drive analysis and reviewing best practice
*Supervising a team of 3 analysts
*Budgeting and forecasting and producing business plans
*Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
*Monthly KPI reports and meeting with senior managers

The successful candidate will be fully qualified and is highly flexible in an all-round accounting role. A background in practice is desirable but by no means essential. Due to the rapid change ongoing in the organisation this role will vary from week to week and not one that will ever be mundane and predictable.
