Finance Business Partner

Key accountabilities will include business partnering with operational personnel across significant business areas, providing financial insight and support to the leadership team, developing financially sound business strategies and operating plans, continuously monitoring business performance, identifying business risks and opportunities, delivering business cases geared towards performance maximisation, driving change activity within the business, providing rigour and challenge to P&L planning and forecasting, leading and contributing to a number of strategic projects.

The successful candidate will be a recently qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with impressive, current commercial finance experience. Applicants must have the ability to both work with the business and interpret the business implications of financial data.
