Finance Reporting Manager

Based in the West London HQ, the Finance Reporting Manager will work in a busy team reporting into the global Financial Controller. The chosen candidate will have experience covering month end, statutory accounting, local GAAP and preferably IFRS exposure.

This role will implement processes and controls to streamline business activity and there the chosen candidate will have done this in a previous role.

The business is an entrepreneurial, fast paced and client facing. Therefore the Financial Reporting Manager will mirror those values when in a role.

The position is for a 12 month fixed term initially.

Remit:

• Own the local and corporate ledger for the UK entity
• Review results end-to end and provide commentary on P&L and balance sheet analysis versus
• Prepare and oversee the accurate preparation of statutory accounts, providing commentary for entities

• Ensure actuals for all controlled entities are provided to stakeholders - including annual statutory accounts, tax returns and investment reviews
• Provide the accounting contributions for Cash Flow and B-S forecast, plan and budget to the central controllership and planning and performance teams
• Ensure that local compliance regimes are understood and that the entities fulfil local compliance reporting and filing requirements

Experience:

• Must be a qualified accountant - ACCA, ACA, CIMA
• Industry experience within a financial control/reporting role
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Hands on within a finance role - thrives within a changing business landscape
