Compliance Finance Manager

An award winning professional recruitment management company based in Canary Wharf are seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to work within their central finance team. The ideal candidate would be able responsible for monitoring large volumes of transactions, ensuring that all compliance processes and controls are in place across numerous divisions. You will lead, develop and manage a team to ensure that management and statutory accounts are kept up to date and comply to best practice. Working alongside the Finance Controller and Finance Director to maintain process change management and develop existing finance processes. This role would ideally suit someone coming from a large transaction based organisation.

Duties will include:

• Comply with all FCA rules relevant within a compliance position.
• Deliver annually a risk-based Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Lead on client funding, debt, revenue assurance & accounting processes across the business
• Ensuring the appropriate levels of control are being applied within the finance team
• Lead in updating and maintaining internal processes and change management.
• Assess Risk and offer management information.
• Manage & report Business reviews when required

You must have
• Finalist- ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Experience in managing and applying financial controls & compliance
• Experience revenue assurance management.
• Experience in creating change control notes to enable system enhancement
• Experience in dealing with large volumes of data
• SAge 50
• Experience in working within a professional service or recruitment industry
