Financial Controller- Canary Wharf- Prestigious Company 

Are you looking for the opportunity to work for an award winning professional management company? Our Canary Wharf based client are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join their rapidly expanding team. Responsibilities include managing large volumes of transactions, ensuring that all agreed service levels are maintained with a high degree of compliance and control across numerous divisions. Working alongside the Finance director to lead, develop and manage a team, ensuring that management and statutory accounts are kept up to date and comply to best practice to maintain process change management and develop existing finance processes.

Financial Controller duties will include:

• Lead reconciliation and banking controls within different divisions
• Deliver and apply payroll controls
• Ensure all transactions are made to agreed service levels with accuracy
• Supervising and coaching teams
• Lead in updating and maintaining internal processes and change management.
• Work with the central desk to ensure all queries are resolved appropriately
• Manage & report Business reviews when required

This role would ideally suit someone coming from a large transaction based organisation who is ACCA/CIMA or ACA Qualified and has demonstrable system skills and heavy volume data handling ability. Excellent opportunity to join an energetic friendly and professional team in a popular location.
