Working in a global business the company are looking for a qualified Accountant (Cima, ACA, or ACCA) with experience in cash management, building relationships with banks or a treasury related background. This is a hands on role managing a small team so you will also need to have experience in staff management.

You will form part of a small treasury function and be responsible for:

Managing the day to day European treasury function

Managing the payment process

Intercompany transactions

Relationships with the banks

Reconciliations of all the European bank accounts

Foreign exchange management

Qualified and with experience in these areas you may well be working as a Manager where these are only a part of what you are doing but you would like to specialise further in this field. Applications will only be considered if you are clear on your treasury and cash management experience as this role is specific and therefore does need someone with relevant knowledge. This is a small office and you will need to be a true team player - happy to support your team and others. Excel to a minimum of V look up, pivot tables is required and knowledge of an ERP system would be beneficial.
