Finance Analyst

A World Renowned Retail business with a global presence are currently recruiting a ACA/CA or equivalant Finance Analyst to help support the Finance Manager for Global Sales Commissions. This is a fantastic role for a highly analtical accountant with a proven track record within a similar type business.

Responsibilites include:-

• Excellent relationship building and communication skills, at all levels of the organization including exec level and with remote locations.
• Excellent business support & analytical skills, able to dig through data, market information and deal with ambiguity to understand and consolidate meaningful insights.
• Proven professional presentation skills at Senior Executive level, able to make and stand-behind solid recommendations. Experience of Keynote useful.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivots, in-directs, index, match), ideally modelling and dashboard experience. Macros and basic VBA is a bonus.
• Excellent planning, time management & organizing skills.
• Pro-active, "Can Do" attitude, taking the initiative, self drive and being able to think 'big picture' are essential.
• Be able to view the over-all picture whilst still maintaining control of minute details.
• Ability to work under pressure, challenge senior business partners and likewise take a challenge in stride.
