Finance Business Partner

An exciting International Charity is looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join their International Team and take a lead role in engaging with overseas offices and building capacity both in the UK and abroad.

The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for providing analysis to budget holders across the globe and working with them to deliver control and process improvements that will streamline the daily running of the organisation's finances. Producing management accounts for overseas teams will be a key part of this position, as will be budgeting and forecasting. This organisation receives a great deal of income from institutional donors and an understanding of this international finding environment would be extremely beneficial.

The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ CIMA/ ACCA), preferably with a background in practice or an understanding of how to deliver process improvements within a commercial organisation. The ideal person will have a real drive to deliver change and improvements and add real value to an organisation and combine this with excellent interpersonal skills.
