The private equity owners of this business are gearing up for a transaction and consequently the business would like to recruit its own experienced corporate finance consultant with significant sell side experience to manage the day to day process internally to prepare for this. The role will encompass, data gathering, modelling and information management.
The ideal candidate will have significant practical corporate finance or transaction services deal experience, ideally some of which relates to a sell side transaction in a capital intensive business environment. It is envisaged that the role will be a 12 to 15 month project and the remuneration package will include a success bonus.
A practice trained Accountant or experienced equivalent with excellent academics, you will have excellent modelling ability and you must have significant sell side M&A support and analysis experience.
