Your new company
Working for a well know company in Sutton you will be joining the billing team to ensure all matters are billed and adjusted accordingly. You will be responsible for the accurate and timely billing, generation and processing of invoices and credit notes and reconciliations.
You will be working with a friendly and supportive team in a modern office close to the transport links.
Your new role
Reporting to the Billing Manager, responsibilities include processing invoices and credit notes, produce weekly and monthly complex reports on Excel, investigating billing discrepancies, provide revenue data information, revenue reconciliations, calculate and generate monthly revenue journals and accruals and build and maintain relationships with clients.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need 6 months plus experience working in a finance function, knowledge of debits and credit, Intermediate Excel including knowledge of V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, strong time management skills and good at meeting deadlines.
