Team Leader

Are client is an international practice of Chartered Accountants with its head office in the United Kingdom. specialising in personal, corporate taxation and financial advice to international groups and private individuals.  Established over 75 years ago and ranks amongst the top thirty practices in the UK.

We are seeking a Team Leader for the Corporate Services Group. 

The work involves:

• Reviewing the management accounts for UK and multi-national companies and groups, prepared by staff within the department.
• Advising on VAT and PAYE matters, including the review of quarterly VAT returns, EC Sales Lists, Intrastats etc
• Assisting startups in all aspects of financial support
• Implementation of accounting and computerised financial systems 
• UK financial reporting including annual accounts of limited companies, LLPs, partnerships and sole traders
• One-off project work including investigations and occasional secondments to clients
• Reviewing and reporting on financial information systems
• Development of staff within the department, including reviews
• Multi currency accounting
• General business advice on a wide range of subjects to clients

The client base that the department deals with is extensive, ranging from high net worth individuals to multi national groups including:

• Art galleries and antique dealers
• Subsidiaries of quoted overseas corporations
• Technology & e-commerce companies
• Sports personalities/Motor racing
• PR and Marketing
• Property development and investment
• Upmarket retails suppliers and outlet
