FP&A Manager Role for Growing Financial Services Firm in Cheadle

Your new company
A growing financial services company based in South Manchester. Due to the growth, they are seeking to recruit an FP&A Manager to lead a team and work strategically with internal stakeholders.

Your new role
The role requires a professional that has the ability to understand the complexities of the regulated market and forecast thereon. You will be responsible for management of the quarterly re forecasting process, supporting development of business intelligence, board reporting & stress testing/scenario impact.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), have either financial services or retail experience and strong academics (minimum 2:1 degree). You will also need advanced excel skills (SQL is beneficial). The client has also stated they are looking for an inquisitive mind and a candidate with strong commercial acumen.

What you'll get in return
You will get a salary of up to £45,000 p.a. and will be working for a growing company with real progression opportunities. You will also get to work with the senior management team and be challenged on a daily basis. Lastly, you will have the opportunity to gain management experience as you will be responsible for a team of analysts.
