Robert Half have been exclusively engaged by a global manufacturer with a site based in Gainsborough to source an Operations Accountant for their finance function.
The role reports directly into the General Manager with a dotted line into the UK FC. The Operations Accountants principal role is to provide financial reporting for their Plant and provide financial support to the General Manager and business through finance business partnering. Works collaboratively with General Manager and the business to ensure costs are optimised and managed and implements plant finance best practices within their Plant.
You will be expected to ensure tight control of all plant costs by understanding the cost drivers & report on them.
In order to be considered for the role you must be:
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
- Manufacturing Industry experience
- Strong Communication Skills
Salary:
- £35,000 - £40,000
