Retail Finance Manager

Our client is currently recruiting for a commercially focused Retail Finance Managers position, working for a well renowned fashion retailer, who are about to embark on an exciting growth and investment phase.

Currently seeking a high calibre commercially focused Finance Manager who possesses a passion for retail and is keen to work in a fast paced, forward thinking environment.

As Retail Finance Manager you will report directly to the Group Finance Director and be asked to take on a key and pivatol role within the team. Business partnering directly with the Managing Director, Director for Retail and Head of Marketing you will be asked to take on the following key responsibilities:

Drive the completion of financial budgeting and quarterly forecasting; monthly reforecasting in respect of setting store targets

Develop detailed property scenarios to gain a full understanding of the retail stores across the group (including 4 key brands)

Run trade reporting and analysis

Preparation of executive summaries and analysis of monthly and quarterly results

Work closely with the Head of IT to review and challenge store driven transactional costs

Ad hoc commercial and strategic project work

Supervision of 2 part qualified financial analysts

Applicants must possses a formal finance qulaification or oversees equivalent, previousl relevant commercial experience ideally gained within an entrepreneurial retail environment
