Assistant Accountant

An exciting opportunity to join a well-regarded national organisation with an outstanding reputation. The company requires an assistant accountant to join their growing finance team in an extremely varied assistant accountant role.

As an assistant management accountant, you will be responsible for:
*Assisting with the production of month ends accounts
*Assisting with prepayments and accruals
*Assisting with month end journals and intra company transactions
*Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
*Monitoring variances against budget
*Assisting with preparation of daily and monthly cash flow forecasts
*Assisting with the audit process

This role would allow you to get plenty of exposure to the different areas of the finance department within a growing company.

Ideally you will be either qualified or studying towards your ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualification with previous experience assisting with the production of management accounts. Ideally you will also have good communication and Excel skills.
