Finance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a fast paced manufacturing business as the look to recruit a dynamic Finance Manager to head up a standalone operating division with significant growth plans over the next few years.

Based from offices in Worksop the successful Finance Manager will oversee everyday financial activities and provide advice and guidance on future financial plans for the business to deliver against objectives. This role really requires an individual who not only wants to get involved in high level strategy, but also enjoys the more hands on technical elements of running the finance function for a growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

-Manage all business planning including budgets, forecasting, business metrics and KPIs
-Provide financial reports and MI to senior management highlighting improvement and potential areas of risk/concern
-Manage the day to day financial operations of the division with support from the finance team
-Work to improve processes and systems to deliver an efficient function

The successful Finance Manager will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

-ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
-Experience working for a small / medium sized company in a similar Company Accountant / Finance Manager role
-Experience of covering the whole accounting function from top to bottom
-A solutions driven approach
-An analytical thought process with the ability to collate and analyse data and identify key drivers for improvement
-Excellent communication skills
