This leading FTSE 100 Employer of choice is looking to bring on board a Finance Analyst on a 12 month fixed term basis. The duties for the role will be as follows:
Reporting
- To manage the weekly reporting process, including all narrative and analysis
- To manage the monthly reporting cycle, including production of the Board Pack, and support to the Finance Manager in producing slides for the Customer Operations Board Meeting
- GP1 analysis for the Product and Planning finance team, requiring a detailed understanding of resort profitability
- Cashflow reporting
- Budget reviews with General Managers and central budget holders
- Provide robust FTE analysis
- Ad hoc reporting as required
Monthend
- Provide real-time updates on flash, forecast and actuals throughout WD1 to WD4
- Support the Holiday Experience Accountant to produce accurate results based upon variance analysis, regional reviews and detailed understanding of the business
- Support the balance sheet review process ensuring a link between reported R&O and current balance sheet reports
Budget / Forecast
- Support the Finance Manager in producing the five year plan, budget and forecasts
- Manage the budget/forecast models, utilising Excel and Business Object reports
- Create/update/manage the 'budget books', the key inputs from resort during the forecast process
- Support the production of the monthly flash forecast
