Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

This rapidly growing, PE backed SME software company has experienced sustained success, boasting a portfolio of market leading products which have helped the business go from strength to strength. To facilitate further expansion it has created the new position of FP&A Manager.

In this high profile role, you will:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams, play a critical role in driving business understanding of the financial performance of the organisation
• Own the forecasting, planning and budgeting processes, providing a key sounding board and counterpoint to commercial budget holders
• Hands-on analysis of performance data, creating meaningful and insightful reports for exec level stakeholders
• Regular circular management reporting
• Drive greater efficiencies through the finance systems

As an ambitious finance professional with in-depth FP&A experience, you will have a demonstrable background of business partnering senior non-finance stakeholders. Emotionally intelligent, dynamic and with obvious energy levels, you will be comfortable with the hands-on nature of a rapid growth PE backed environment. This is a high profile role within a successfully expanding and dynamic technology business.

This role can be based either 5 days / week in North West London or split between Central London and North West London
