• Are you a friendly, sociable and outgoing ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified Accountant who is actively seeking to progress your career in a market leading, fast-paced, global business rich in heritage?
• Are you seeking a rewarding, Senior Partnership Accountant role within a team who are responsible for all aspects of partnership accounting globally, including the calculation of partners' profits shares; payment of monthly drawings and quarterly distributions; management of partnership capital & capital loans and quarterly tax reserving?
• Are you confident, mature in judgement and committed to the highest level of integrity when communicating with senior personnel?
• Do you have the ability to build strong, global, working relationships in a sociable and vibrant professional environment?

If so, we are currently recruiting for a global consultancy who are first class in all that they do. With a high threshold for quality, underpinned by their investment in staff and service offering to clients, the business operates across Europe, Asia, North America and Middle East advising national and multinational corporations. Based out of their impressive Manchester city centre offices, my client is seeking to add a Senior Partnership Accountant who will gain an understanding of all aspects of the above, and assist in reviewing work performed by more junior members of the team.

In addition to the aforementioned duties of the team, you will be responsible for the reconciliation of all aspects of the global distribution process in preparation for review and sign off. A role where stakeholder management is key, you will work closely with the firm's Management Team and the Head of Partners' Tax on specific areas of partners' remuneration and tax requirements. You will communicate international payment instructions to finance teams across the network, providing support to local finance teams.

The successful candidate will gain a thorough understanding of all aspects of partnership capital (including capital loans and interest payments) and review the work performed by more junior members of the team. Furthermore, you will review partners monthly drawings calculation/payments, have responsibility for the integrity of partners' capital & current accounts balances globally, and gain an understating all aspects of the retired partners' annuity scheme, including calculation and payment of annuities, preparation of quarterly statements and compliance with capping procedures. You will adopt a continuous improvement approach, identifying potential developments to the teams output. You will have an appreciation for the statutory reporting requirements of the UK LLP and a broad understanding of partners' tax requirements across each jurisdiction.

What's on Offer?
