Commercial Finance Analyst

Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting for a well known manufacturing business which has gone through a period of exciting change over the last 18 months. They operate out of multiple regional offices, with this role being based out of their head office location near Meadowhall, Sheffield.

They currently have an exciting opportunity for a intelligent and commercially aware Finance Analyst to work along side the Financial Controller. This role will be responsible for a number of areas of the business, particularly commercial finance and providing detailed reports and analysis for the management team.

Duties & Responsibilities will include:

*Production of accurate and timely daily/ weekly and monthly finance reporting
*Sales and Margin Analysis
*Budgeting and Forecasting for the groups' UK entities
*Assist with the design and application of business processes and internal controls
*Support the Financial Controller with any in-depth analysis of accounts and working on ad-hoc projects
*Support and maintain a culture of continuous improvement and challenge ways of working where appropriate

To be successful for this role you MUST have the following skills:

- ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA Qualified - although late part qualified candidates will also be considered
- 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical experience
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Strong communicator and ability to deal with people at all levels
