My client is looking to recruit a Management Accountant on a 12m FTC and full time basis, for a rapidly growing and innovative East Kent employer.
Due to this growth, this newly created Senior Management Accountant position will play a pivotal role in assisting the company expansion by providing insightful and detailed information.
You will report directly to a vastly experienced Financial Controller and hold responsibility for:
- Preparation of the Monthly Management Accounts pack for the group and subsidiaries
- Preparation month-end pack, including full reporting and detailed analysis
- Cash flow forecasting
- Balance Sheet Analysis
- Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting
- Development and improvement of internal systems, MI and KPI reporting
- Attending Senior Operational Meetings
- Preparation of Board Reports and Analysis
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Monthly Intrastat & EC Sales
- Tax & Payroll - CIS VAT P11D working knowledge would be advantageous
Applications are sought from fully qualified or finalist level (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) candidates alongside practical experience of working at a similar level. You'll have good IT skills and enjoy challenging the status quo to ensure that the department retains its ability to provide meaningful and accurate information.
