FP&A Manager

Our client, a highly profitable and acquisitive consumer lead business, that's demonstrated impressive growth and continues to put in place innovative strategy to cement its market share, is looking to source a charismatic and ambitious FP&A Manager to help shape future decision making and support further expansion.

The role will report directly to the Group FC with significant exposure to the CFO, as well as being responsible for the development of 3 Analysts. This is an operationally focused role, both from a production and retail perspective, so you must have a proven track record partnering effectively with non-finance stakeholders.

Main duties include:
* Coordinating and developing the team
* Producing insightful and useful information to stakeholders across Operations and Retail
* Working with external consultants to assist in the development of information systems that support the provision of sound data fundamentals, as well as a new stock ordering system to facilitate improved availability and wastage management
* Developing a labour model
* Coaching, training and supporting non-finance teams in information management and business processes
* Providing support around key decisions including acquisitions and investment
* Playing a leading role in Business Planning and annual budgeting process

Key skills and qualifications required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
* Experience in a product or consumer lead business, ideally Retail/FMCG etc.
* Proven business partner, capable of building relationships with non-finance
* Bright, determined and proactive character; with examples to date where you have shown initiative and eagerness to add value wherever possible
* Confidence and credibility to challenge the status quo to make positive change
* Ambitious and self-motivated; keen to progress career further than Manager Level
