Finance Manager

My client, approaching ourselves on an exclusive basis, is looking for a finance manager to not only manage the day to day running of the department but for someone to come in and put their mark on the finance department.

Reporting to a Financial Controller, your role will have you managing a small but busy team looking after all finance functions, including purchase ledger, billings and payroll. This role is a busy one with the production of management accounts and assisting with budgets.

This role is within a nice fast paced industry but there is development that needs done. Various projects exist where the business will be implementing a new system in time to help the business as it continues to grow. You will look at the existing controls that they have in place and with your own initiative, make the processes and key procedures much more streamlined and reporting more robust.

This role is highly autonomous so my client is looking for someone with real drive and a want to make great changes within the organisation.

You must be a qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) but happy to have candidates from all types of industry experience.
