One of the best employers in the North Lincolnshire area has an opportunity for a qualified accountant with a strong background in audit and compliance to work in a Business Assurance Analyst role. The company offer a generous base salary, attractive benefits package and contemporary open plan offices. Edwards & Pearce are engaged on this assignment as part of a preferred supplier agreement.

THE ROLE
-A newly created position, the Business Assurance Analyst will ensure the SOX compliance and liaise extensively with internal and external audit teams
-Conduct control reviews of the business processes and ad hoc stock investigations from time to time
-Provide control advice to the finance and business teams and maintain and co-ordinate the company computer security records for the UK

THE CANDIDATE
-Ideally suiting a qualified ACA accountant, ACCA/CIMA qualified candidates are welcome to apply with the relevant background and experience
-You must have a strong financial accounting background and strengths in analytical and investigative work, audit and preferably previous experience of Sarbanes Oxley regulations
-A high standard of systems literacy is required, particularly with Excel and the ability to work flexibly and independently with attention to detail

THE BENEFITS: £32,000 - £45,000 dependent on background, experience and level of qualification + pension + bonus + private heath care
