Finance Business Partner

Sharp Consultancy is currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner within a well-established Industry leading employer of choice based in the Sheffield area.

You will report directly to the FD & will be an integral part of the business providing commercial & financial support to assist with driving the business forward and optimising the financial performance.

In particular, you will:

· Be responsible for closely supporting the non-finance senior management teams with all finance related business improvement matters.
· Challenge & influence the teams you support to deliver the necessary forecasts and budgets while creating innovative solutions to reduce risks and improve profits where appropriate.
· Fully support the Business Development team in the bid and client growth process through understanding the contractual obligations, commercial modelling and performance targets advising on the robustness and achievability of bids.
· Be proactive in outlining and delivering key projects, ensuring key stakeholders expectations are met and that the knowledge and support is provided to achieve them.
· Raise risks, issues and opportunities in a timely manner

You must be a qualified accountant, already working within a key decision making capacity looking for an opportunity to progress to a number one role within an employer of choice.
