Finance Business Partner

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are recruiting a finance business partner for a wealth management business based in the Swindon area. This is a permanent vacancy, ideally looking for a candidate on one to three months' notice.

Job function: finance business partner
Salary: £50K-£55K per annum + £8K car allowance
Hours: 37.5 per week / 9am - 5pm
Location: Swindon area, infrequent travel

The finance business partner role:

• Offering consultancy to partner organisations and clients
• Identifying areas for developing support through recommendation of appropriate services
• Ensure current service level is upheld, taking responsibility for any queries
• Project manage any intricate or high profile interactions
• Work in partnership with internal colleagues to ensure services levels are met

Essential experience/qualities:

• ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CTA qualified accountant
• Experience in finance business partnering, supporting stakeholders with strategic decision making
• Strong communication skills, able to inspire confidence and leverage buy in
• A keen eye for business development opportunities, areas for further support
• Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge of business products and services
• Ideally experienced in financial services or banking
• Ideally a good knowledge of financial products and services e.g. business structures, taxation, business planning
