Newly created position for an up and coming and growing Creative Media Agency.
You will need to take full ownership and work on initiative to make the role your own and lead the business forward with the CFO and Managing directors.
You will need to have strong leadership skills, as you will be tasked in training, managing and recruiting a junior finance team.
This role will suit an ambitious individual, with a strong technical/ reporting skill set.
The role:
- Produce the full management accounts pack and present to the CFO
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain agency cash flow
- Stat accounts
- Payroll/ VAT/ tax duties
- Manage the audit process
- Implementing policies
- Giving advice and support to the wider Agency
The Person:
- ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
- Media/ Marketing back ground beneficial
- Management experience
- Self motivated
- Entrepreneurial and a natural commercial thinker
- Hands on approach
