Credit Controller

Choralis consulting have instructions to recruit a Credit Controller

The company is a successful software business with operations all over the world.

The role is for a credit controller with at least 3 to 5 years previous experience. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the receivables ledger balances and ensuring customers meet agreed contract terms to maximise the cash flow movement for the business.
Collections by telephone and letter, ensure relevant and timely financial information is made available to the company, manage cash receipts to meet or exceed the budget targets. Prepare cash forecasts and ensure that these are achieved through the control of the collection of debts. Support the AR/AP manager in the setting up and maintenance of internal control mechanisms to ensure a smooth credit control/accounts receivables operation is achieved.

The person with strong and confident communication skills, ideally from a multi site organisation or shared service background. Comfortable hitting the ground running working as part of a much larger team. Someone who wants to add value to the operation, possibly an early stage studier ICM.
