Commercial Finance Business Partner

Robert Half recruiting for a VC backed Media business in the recruitment of a 1st to 2nd move from practice ACA or newly qualified CIMA / ACCA, into a newly created Commercial Finance Business Partners position based in their City Center head office.

The Role

My client is looking to attract a talented qualified accountant who is looking for a move into a fast paced commerce business, with a proven track record of developing individuals through their finance career.

The role will report directly into the senior management team and will be a pivotal position in the organisation growth strategy. My client has identified this position as a ground breaking role, giving you the scope to break out of the usual constraints within finance and engage across the organisation in driving change and efficiencies. You will receive training and exposure to:

• Business Plan & Budget Management Reporting,
• Statutory Financial Reporting at Group level
• Accounting Services and Month-end Closing,
• Team Management
• Strong organizational and personal skills
• Self-starter, able to drive for deadlines and lead a team through change
• Hands-on , completer-finisher who takes great pride in getting the job done.
• Good technical skill set - able to manage some financial complexities, with strong integrity and judicial aptitude

Salary & Benefits

As Finance Managers the salary banding has been set at £40,000 to £45,000 with the view to develop you rapidly through your career
