Financial Analyst

One of the UK’s leading business retailers, with a reputation for providing a high quality service, are keen to recruit a Financial Planning Analyst to form part of an exciting new team. As part of wider Finance team, you will bring your passion for putting the customer first to the Financial Planning & Analysis team and be actively involved in aiding management decision making.  In addition, you will develop an in depth knowledge of the business and use this knowledge, along with your past experience, to add value to all that you do.
As Financial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the budgeting, forecasting and strategic plan processes, 
• Supporting the FP&A Manager in delivering financial and non-financial presentations, 
• Assisting with systems development in the UK Finance team that will radically improve the speed and efficiency of reporting, and allow for greater analysis.

The ideal candidate will be a part qualified ACCA/CIMA Accountant and will be actively studying towards their full qualification. You will have strong Excel skills, excellent numerical and analytical skills and you will have the ability to assimilate large amounts of complex, ambiguous and sometimes conflicting information to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
