NetSuite System Consultant

The Opportunity:

An excellent 6-month opportunity has arisen for a NetSuite Consultant within a private equity backed media business. They have just received funding and are growing both organically and through acquisition. Therefore hiring the right individual is essential to ensuring best practice operations on NetSuite and in turn ensure a stable platform for next development phase. Thus this is a fantastic opportunity to show case ones systems skills and have a tangible reward upon completion of the project.

The Role:

This role involves assisting in the implementation and optimisation of NetSuite financial/ERP system. The business has begun the NetSuite implementation and will need external support implementing additional applications to improve productivity and functionality. You will be supporting International Finance Business Partners on best use of NetSuite alongside testing and support. This diverse role will provide exposure to developing the: processes, purchase ledger, purchase order processing, payments and sales invoices. The ideal candidate will be able to provide advice on the suitability of certain procedures for the business. You will also support the business in developing the custom billing module to replace an existing billing solution. Moreover you will have the opportunity to develop your management skills and providing training for staff on the new functionality.

The Requirements:

• The ideal candidate will be ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified or equivalent.
• Previous exposure to NetSuite system upgrade / implementation
• Understanding of BI and data warehouses (desirable)
• Implementing new applications and processes into the system
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth private equity environment is also preferred.
