Robertson Bell finance is recruiting a Finance Operations Manager for a well-known arts establishment. This is a newly created position and is a brilliant role for an experienced manager to join a fun and diverse team.
The key responsibilities will be:
*Managing and developing the team across Accounts Payable, Accounts receivable and credit control
*Setting and managing expectations of the team, ensuring smooth operations throughout.
*Work closely with budget holders to ensure all processes and procedures are working in the best way possible.
*Ensure all bank accounts, sales invoices, posting of cash payments and new supplier records are being carried out effectively and accurately.
The successful candidate will be a strong manager with previous experience in managing staff. They will also have some knowledge of a P2P system and can effectively utilise their communication skills to run the team efficiently. Part qualified to qualified candidates would be desirable but experience of managing a finance function and team are required.
