Axon Moore is currently representing a high growth professional services business based in Trafford Park who are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join their dynamic team. Reporting directly to senior management is an ideal opportunity for those looking for a varied and business critical role within a forward thinking, highly regarded business.
Managing a small team you will be responsible for;
• Overall responsibility for the processing of payroll
• Train and mentor a small team to optimise quality of processing and effectiveness of the end-to-end routine
• Processing of Monthly Senior Staff Payroll and Quarterly Pension Payroll
• Working with HR team to implement company payroll and expense policies
• Reconciling PAYE accounts and making payments to HMRC and ROS (Ireland)
• Dealing with any HMRC or external bodies queries regarding payroll
• Reviewing Foreign Subsidiary companies payslips and journal postings, processing payments to employees
• Year End Payroll Processing including P60’s, P11d’s, PAYE Settlement Agreements
• Monthly Pension Reconciliations and Reporting for Group and Auto Enrolment Schemes
• Ensuring all other payroll deductions are processed and payments made

• Be a strong communicator that can build relationships both internally and with external clients
• Have experience leading and motivating a team
